We aim to ship all within 2 working days, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. We now offer a seven day dispatch service so you can get your items as quickly as possible.

We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from the UK to your area, including extreme weather or disruption of postal services.

Contact us if you need to change something and we’ll do our best to help. However, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse we will be unable to make any amendments and the parcel will be dispatched as ordered.
